The last date of submitting forms is 8 August 2011.
The required documents are:
1-Three copies of matric result card.
2-Three copies of father ID card.
3-Three passport size photograghs.
4-Admission fee(as described in fee schedule).
The applications attained after this date or with incomplete documents will not be entertained.
